Why the !@##$! is it so complicated to ask a question of the service I have an account with?

I'd like to add a comment to something that has already been asked and I have signed in AND registered, but been sent ANYWHERE ELSE but where I can actually input a comment!!!! WHAT'S UP WITH THAT???!!!@#$$%%$##@!$!!!!! add to watchlist and then you comment AFter its resolved..
